Pupils are usually admitted at the beginning of every term. But this is more at the beginning of the session, which is usually in September of every year. Pupils could be admitted into any of the classes in September. Admission should close after four weeks of resumption in each term, except in special cases as may be determined by the Head Teacher.

 Pupils transferring from other schools will be made to write some tests that will help in determining their capacities, for appropriate class placement. 

Also, for fresh pupils, just starting schooling, their birth certificates are essential in determining their maturity and appropriate placement as well.
